These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lovely Leaps website, located at https://lovelyleaps.com/ (the “Site”), as well as any in-studio dance programs, school enrichment programs, and virtual programs offered by Lovely Leaps. By accessing or using the Site, or participating in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Site, or participate in our programs.

Membership Fees and Payments
We offer memberships that grant access to our in-studio, school, and virtual dance programs. The fees for our memberships are listed on the Site. You agree to pay the fees for the membership that you select. Our memberships are non-refundable past 72 hours of purchase. To cancel your membership, you must email [email protected] with your cancellation request.

Slips and Falls
Dance floors can be slippery and pose a risk of slipping and falling. By using our facilities or participating in our programs, you acknowledge and assume the risk of any injuries that may occur as a result of slipping or falling. Lovely Leaps is not liable for any injuries that may occur on our premises or during our programs.

Parental Responsibility
Parents are responsible for their own children at all times while on our premises or participating in our programs. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times while in our facility. Please limit the number of people viewing dance classes in-studio physical classes to just guardians. Other friends and family can join but view in the lobby.

In-Studio and Virtual Dance Programs
Our in-studio dance programs are designed to provide a fun and safe environment for children to learn and enjoy dance. We offer various classes and programs, which are subject to availability and age restrictions. Class schedules and availability are subject to change without notice.

School Enrichment Programs
Our school enrichment programs are designed to provide additional dance education opportunities for students in a school setting. These programs are subject to availability and location restrictions. Program availability and schedules are subject to change without notice.

Intellectual Property
The Site and all content and materials contained therein, including without limitation, text, graphics, images, and software, are owned or licensed by Lovely Leaps and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display any of the content or materials on the Site without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content and materials contained therein are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Lovely Leaps does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability
Lovely Leaps shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use or inability to use the Site or participate in our programs, even if Lovely Leaps has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Lovely Leaps, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or participation in our programs, or any violation of these Terms.
